Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — no surprise cut-offs.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time, but if something breaks on our end we'll credit the affected month on request. Reach us at hello@cruto.ai and we'll sort it out.
Why are there usage limits?
Live AI interviews take real resources to run, and keeping them available for everyone means we have to be thoughtful about capacity. Free is a genuine product, not a timed trial. Elite's 450-minute monthly ceiling covers roughly 30 full sessions — more than enough for any serious prep run.
Will you raise prices later?
Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at for as long as the subscription stays active. If we raise list prices in the future, you're grandfathered in — no action needed.
