Common billing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in your dashboard or via the email Stripe sends after each charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro/Elite features until then.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer prorated refunds for unused time, but if anything goes wrong on our end (a failed test generation, a broken interview session) we credit the affected month on request. Email hello@cruto.ai.
Why are there limits on Free and Pro?
Live mock interviews are genuinely expensive to run — minutes of real-time AI audio cost real money. The limits keep Free a real product (not a 7-day trial in disguise) and let us actually sustain it. Elite removes the limits on jobs and tests; its 450 minute interview ceiling is roughly 30 full sessions a month, which covers any honest prep schedule.
Will you raise prices later?
Existing subscribers stay on the price they signed up at, for as long as they keep the subscription active. If we raise the list price, you're grandfathered. We'd rather keep happy users on a low price than churn them onto a higher one.
